Beyerdynamic Custom Game Review

Introduction

This is why having a top quality headset is one of the most important elements to winning on the virtual battlefield. Traditionally, gaming headsets have always been manufactured by gaming peripherals companies that make headsets that are either average or below average quality, but with the dearth of options from premium audiomakers, until recently there really wasn’t much of a choice.

Several years back, renowned German audio products maker Sennheiser jumped into the gaming headset market and saw such success that they now have several models of gaming [...]

Kingston Technology’s HyperX brand today announced the availability of its HyperX Cloud Alpha gaming headset.

Dubbed the HyperX Dual Chamber technology, the second chamber allows the bass to be tuned separately from the highs and mids, preventing it from [...]

Thinkware F800 Review

Introduction

Several months ago, we reviewed the Thinkware X550 and walked away quite impressed. While some of the driver safety features were a bit more gimmicky than Thinkware would have you believe and the pricetag is relatively higher than competing dashcams on the market, the Thinkware X550 still proved to be an excellent dashcam with great picture quality and more importantly the ability to record well at night which is an issue for many of the cheaper dashcams on the market.

New for the company this time around is the Thinkware F800, which is the new flagship in the Thinkware F-series dashcams. Unlike the Thinkware X-series dashcams, the F-series are more [...]

The Best PC Benchmarking Tools (System, CPU, GPU, RAM and Storage)

If you recently purchased or built a new PC, or upgraded an older PC, the most important thing to do aside from stress testing is to benchmark. Whereas stress testing helps ensure the PC is completely stable not only during idle but also during heavy load, benchmarking will help ensure that the PC is operating at the appropriate level of performance for the components installed. As simple issues such as an outdated driver or an improperly configured component may significantly degrade performance, benchmark testing will allow you to quickly catch any issues and to fix them immediately so you can take full advantage of the new hardware that you’ve spent your hard earned [...]
