Patriot’s Newest Viper

Founded in 1985, Patriot Memory offers a diverse variety of products ranging from SSDs to media players, but their most renowned product line is of course system memory. After all, the company’s name includes the word memory.

Among Patriot Memory’s memory products, the Viper lineup has established itself as the king of the hill with its gorgeous looks and uncompromised performance, so when Patriot gave us a sneak peek their newest Viper 3 memory kits at GESL 2012 last month, they certainly piqued our interest.

The Patriot Viper 3 lineup comes in 3 different speeds – 1600MHz, 1866MHz, and 2133MHz, and can be found in [...]

Crank Up the Bass

Although Cooler Master is mainly known for their computer cases and cooling products, by now most of us are aware of their growing gaming oriented line under the CM Storm brand. One such line of products under the CM Storm brand of course is the gaming headset, and it was only late last year when Cooler Master introduced their top of the line CM Storm Sirus, a true 5.1 gaming headset. While the Sirus is definitely one of the better true 5.1 surround sound headset offerings on the market, it does still suffer from a couple limitations of this category of headsets – namely price, not-so-great music performance, and weight. After all, having three [...]

Aside from those who constantly keep up with hardware news, a lot of us simply haven’t heard much about Enermax or their US distributor, Ecomaster’s own brand, LEPA. That said, despite having smaller advertising budgets than larger computer hardware manufacturers, both Enermax and LEPA produce some very high end hardware that can easily rival the big players.

Today, we’re going to take a look at some of Enermax/LEPA hardware being displayed at GESL 2012. Those in the LA area who haven’t heard of GESL, be sure to check out their website and swing by for some epic [...]
