Mozilla has just unleashed a massive update to its Firefox browser making it so fast that they’re calling it Firefox Quantum.
Firefox Quantum started as a perpetual project in October 2016 with the goal of developing a better web engine for today’s web content. The web is no longer a collection of static pages, and is now driven by many types of webapps. To run these apps optimally, Quantum takes advantage of the multi-thread, multi-core processors found in most of today’s machines. Instead of letting one core handling the command stream for the entire browser, the engine will intelligently distribute the workload across multiple threads and the GPU. [...]

Patch notes emphasize that the Photos and Videos app has been overhauled to provide a more intuitive experience, and OneDrive Files On-Demand will allow you to access files stored in your OneDrive cloud directly without the intermediate step of first accessing it from your browser. Constantly losing track of [...]
It’s been a decade since Facebook launched their videos feature and while it’s still not quite as popular as YouTube, Facebook video is still one of the most popular video platforms out there.
However, just like YouTube, watching videos on Facebook requires an internet connection, so if you know you’ll be away from an internet connection for a while, or you know your data plan simply isn’t up to snuff, you may want to just download the video to your computer or smartphone to watch offline.
As such, today we’ll show you how to download and save Facebook videos to watch offline on your PC, Mac, Android, or iOS [...]

Spyware, adware, ransomware, rootkits, worms, viruses, trojans, keyloggers, hijackers and more. These days, there are literally millions of ways your computer could get infected by some sort of malware and generally speaking, dealing with this stuff is a massive pain in butt. Luckily, there are some great people who have developed some effective tools to remove that malware so you don’t have to figure out how to do it manually. Here are some of the best [...]
If you’ve spent any time on YouTube, you know that YouTube’s video recommendation algorithm is pretty good and it’s this good because it analyzes every video you’ve watched previously to make recommendations on what you may want to watch in the future.
The only problem is that when your 8-year old niece comes over for the weekend, you always end up with recommendations for Frozen and when your buddy comes over for dinner, you always end up with recommendations for the Top 10 Hottest Women. If only there’s a way to clear the YouTube watch history….
Lucky for you there is and it’s really, really easy. Here’s how to do [...]
For those who use the internet in any way, having a VPN service is essential. VPN services not only help protect your security online, but can also help you get around government censorship, geo-restricted content filters, and ISP traffic shaping.

In this day and age of hackers, government spying, and Nazi ISPs putting down arbitrary rules on who gets full speed to view which service, having a VPN service is by far one of the most important things to have for anyone on the internet.
While I’m sure we would all run VPNs if we had the choice, the problem with VPNs is that it costs money. At the end of the day, VPN provider needs to pay for bandwidth, servers and technicians to run the VPN server. While the costs for a decent VPN service are generally under $15 per month, paying for a VPN is a bit like paying for insurance. You just don’t really want to do it until it’s too late.
Lucky for you, [...]
