Razer Introduces Mercury White, Gunmetal Grey Color Options on Peripherals

Aside from a few oddities and of course the themed gaming peripherals, Razer products have always maintained the black and green color scheme the company is most well known for. While that’s probably cool with most gamers, those who want more color options will now get an opportunity as well.

According to a new promo video posted to Razer’s YouTube page, the company is now offering the Mercury White and Gunmetal Grey color options for its most popular peripherals. Users looking to purchase a Blackwidow X mechanical gaming keyboard, Razer Lancehead gaming mouse, Razer Kraken 7.1 headphones, or Razer Invicta mouse pad can now find the new color options [...]

AMD Ryzen 7 1700X and 1800X Review

The AMD Ryzen Flagships

AMD launched their newest Ryzen CPUs to great fanfare back in March and while we found performance to be good in our launch review of the Ryzen 1700, we noted that there were quite a few growing pains that needed to be fixed before Ryzen could really shine against Intel. As such, rather than publishing another review of Ryzen on motherboards using incomplete BIOS firmware and badly optimized Windows, we decided to wait it out until AMD and its motherboard partners roll out the badly needed updates to allow Ryzen to really shine in all its glory.

Razer Announces New Blade Stealth, Thresher Ultimate Gaming Headset

As always, our friends at Razer had some big introductions at E3 this year with their new Razer Blade Stealth and the Razer Thresher Ultimate Gaming Headset.

Mid-2017 Razer Blade Stealth

On their systems side, Razer’s big announcement is the new Razer Blade Stealth. The biggest change for the Razer Blade Stealth is its appearance. While the traditional Razer Blade Stealth is far from being the most “gamer” looking laptop out there, it still has a hard time blending into a meeting room with its black and green color scheme. As such, Razer introduced their new Gunmetal grey color that’s a lot more boardroom friendly [...]

“Being able to play the latest games at the highest settings, without sacrificing performance is something all gamers want. While aftermarket graphic cards have improved lately, most stock cooling systems still can’t reach the performance level of liquid cooling. That’s why we decided to design the updated Kraken G12 to be easier to install and support the latest liquid AIOs” says Johnny [...]

Review: AMD Ryzen 1700

Well, this is it ladies and gentlemen. We’ve been waiting anxiously for over a year now for AMD’s latest Processor, after the disappointment of Bulldozer the PC building scene became primarily an Intel favored one for most serious workloads. While AMD’s APUs have found a pleasant place in the budget market and the FX lineup became a decent option for gamers looking for good bang for the buck, AMD remained way behind Intel in technology for what seams like forever. That changes today. Today we will be looking at Ryzen, will it live up to the hype? Will it fall flat on it’s face?
