Nvidia recently settled the GeForce GTX 970 false advertising class action lawsuit that was brought against the company in 2015 after it was found that they had misrepresented the amount of onboard VRAM that was in the graphics card. Although Nvidia has denied doing anything wrong, they settled the case back in July granting those who purchased a GTX 970 between September 1, 2014 and August 24, 2016 a $30 settlement.
