Boutique PC maker CyberPowerPC has just announced the FangBook 4 Xtreme gaming laptop series equipped with Intel’s 6th generation Skylake CPUs.

Targeted towards enthusiast gamers looking for a desktop replacement, the CyberPowerPC FangBook 4 Xtreme is loaded with the latest and fastest hardware. When fully decked out, the CyberPowerPC FangBook 4 Xtreme can feature up to 32GB of DDR4 memory and an Intel Core i7-6700K CPU. Yes, that’s the desktop chip with the 91W TDP. CyberPowerPC claims that the CPU will maintain a clock speed of 4.0GHz and can be over-clocked to 4.2GHz. Even with the incredible power efficiency of the the Skylake architecture, it will still be interesting to see how well the cooling solution can handle its thermals.

The FangBook 4 Xtreme will also feature a 15.6″ 4K G-SYNC display powered by the Nvidia GTX 980M GPU. For the uninitiated, Nvidia’s proprietary G-SYNC technology forces the monitor to sync with the output rate of the graphics card, hence eliminating screen tearing without relying on the flinchy VSync technology. And as CyberPowerPC’s flagship gaming laptop series, it’s unsurprising to see that it’s equipped with the best mobile GPU Nvidia has to offer.

The CyberPowerPC FangBook 4 Xtreme will come in two base configurations:

Model FangBook 4 Xtreme FangBook 4 Xtreme 100
