A new report from Japanese tech site Hermitage Akihabara recently reports that Nvidia’s upcoming GeForce GTX 1050 and GeForce GTX 1050 Ti are both expected to launch on October 25. The GeForce GTX 1050 Ti was originally rumored to launch on October 16 and the GeForce GTX 1050 was originally rumored to launch on October 26.

Previous leaks suggest that the GeForce GTX 1050 will feature 640 CUDA cores and 2GB of GDDR5 VRAM running on a 128-bit memory bus. The GeForce GTX 1050 Ti will feature 768 CUDA cores and 4GB of GDDR5 VRAM running on a 128-bit memory bus. Both graphics cards will feature Nvidia’s new GP107 GPU manufactured on TSMC’s 16nm FinFET process.

These GeForce GTX 1050 and GeForce GTX 1050 Ti are expected to retail in the $120-$150 range which will compete directly with AMD’s Radeon RX460. More information to come as it becomes available. Stay tuned.
