New leaks have surfaced regarding several of AMD’s upcoming RX 500 series graphics cards. According to the latest information, there are expected to be three SKUs in the lineup: the Radeon RX 580, the Radeon RX 570, and the Radeon RX 550.

The Radeon RX 580 is likely a rebrand of the Radeon RX 480 with additional power improvements. Like the RX 480, the RX 580 will use a Polaris 10 GPU clocked at 1,340MHz paired with either 4GB or 8GB of GDDR5 memory. The card is expected to feature 2,304 SMPs, 144 TMUs and 32 ROPs. The leaked 3DMark Firestrike bench shows that the GPU is running at 1,500MHz, a higher frequency than the RX 480.

Below the Radeon RX 580 is the Radeon RX 570. The RX 570 is likely to use the same GPU as the RX 470, so it should have 2,048 SMPs and up to 8GB of GDDR5. Since it uses the same Polaris 10 GPU as the RX 580, the RX 570 will also feature 144TMUs and 32 ROPs. Like the RX 580, the RX 570 should have a higher clock speed than its 400 series counterpart.

On the far bottom is the Radeon RX 550. Using a brand new Polaris 12 based GPU, this little card only has 640 SMPs. Lower SMP count means a smaller power profile and thus, the RX 550 requires just bus power only. In the leaked benches it’s slotted right below the RX 460 in performance.

AMD has yet to confirm nor deny any of the leaked information. As with all leaked information, take this with a grain of salt. The cards are rumored to launch on April 18.
