T-Mobile Offering Flexible Payment Options for Federal Workers Affected by Shutdown

As the partial shutdown of the US Federal Government continues into its second week with no end in sight, over 800,000 US Government employees continue to be either furloughed for those deemed non-essential, or still on the job for those deemed essential, but not getting paid until congress and the President can agree to a budget. For many Federal Government employees who depend on their bi-weekly paychecks, this has caused significant financial burden especially when many don’t know how they will be able to pay their next rent, electric, or even cell phone bill.

T-Mobile CEO, John Legere, recently Tweeted the following:

T-Mobile Rated Best in Customer Satisfaction, Net Promoters, Likelihood to Recommend in 2016

T-Mobile is looking pretty smug these days as Nielsen recently released their Mobile Insights for 2016 ranking T-Mobile #1 in Overall Satisfaction. This comes at no surprise as T-Mobile CEO, John Legere, made customer service and customer satisfaction a top priority for the company when he joined T-Mobile as CEO in 2012. In addition to an aggressive social media customer service campaign, T-Mobile has also initiated numerous Un-carrier moves which eliminated wireless service pain points such as contracts, overages, fees, and more.

CES looks to be the launchpad for T-Mobile’s upcoming Un-carrier announcement (12, is it?) as T-Mobile recently released a cryptic teaser showing a bunch of people asking T-Mobile CEO John Legere, “What’s Next?”

Many of us know Verizon isn’t exactly the most honest company when it comes to wireless service and many of their ads can be a bit deceptive so T-Mobile CEO, John Legere, recently released a blog post fact checking some of Verizon’s most recent claims.

Buy a Google Pixel, Get $325 in Bill Credits from T-Mobile

When Google announced their Pixel smartphones earlier this month, one of the miscommunications about the new smartphones was that it was exclusive to Verizon. Understandably, outspoken T-Mobile CEO, John Legere, wasn’t too happy.

To right this wrong, T-Mobile has been spreading the news that the Google Pixel is actually available unlocked direct from Google and they also recently announced a new promotion where T-Mobile will refund you $325 in bill credits for any T-Mobile One customer who purchased a Google Pixel smartphone. Considering the Google Pixel 32GB is priced at $650, this is 50% off bringing the price to a very reasonable $325.
