Madness of Deathwing Heroic World First Kill by KIN Raiders

KIN Raiders have accomplished another milestone achievement! It was only 3 days ago that they were the first guild in the world to defeat the first part of the Deathwing Heroic encounter of Dragon Soul raid instance. Now, KIN Raiders have achieved the world’s first kill on Madness of Deathwing in Heroic encounter. Big congratulations to KIN Raiders (즐거운공격대) from KR-Kargath!!

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Breaks $1 Billion in Sales

Just when you thought CoD: MW3 received enough awards and accolades including winning “Best Shooter” Award in Spike TV’s Video Games Awards Show over the weekend, this game isn’t done yet. Game publisher Activision Blizzard announced Monday that Modern Warfare 3 broke $1 billion in worldwide sales in the 16 days since the game’s release on November 8th. This impressive milestone also defeats the previous record holder, James Cameron’s 3D film “Avatar”, which took 17 days to achieve the $1 billion mark.

Batman Arkham City Lockdown Review

Mortal Kombat Wins Award, But Got Put On-Hold From Netherrealm Studios

Last night, Mortal Kombat took home the “Best Fighting Game Award” during the Video Game Awards show presented by Spike TV. Ed Boon, one of the creators of Mortal Kombat franchise, confirmed that Netherrealm Studios is currently working on other projects and there will be no developments for Mortal Kombat anytime soon. Boon did mention that the studio will return to the MK franchise in the future.

There is no word from Boon about what projects Netherrealm Studios is working on. But earlier this week, the studio did release the action adventure game, Batman: Arkham City Lockdown, for iOS devices.

Star Wars: The Old Republic Early Access on December 13

BioWare just announced the date for early access to SWTOR. Players who pre-ordered the game will be granted early access beginning Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at 6:00 am CST.

The actual date for SWTOR opening to the public will not begin until December 20. In other words, players who pre-ordered the game have a 7 days head-start advantage. If you are interested in taking advantage of the early access and other benefits, you can pre-order a copy on Origin here.

Dragon Souls World First Kills

This is the first week that Dragon Souls Heroic Mode has unlocked. Guilds who were not suspended for the LFR exploits are working hard to push heroic progression.

Here’s the latest update on heroic progressions.


Blood Legion got world first kills on Heroic Morchok, Warlord Zon’ozz, Yor’sahj the Unsleeping, and Hagara the Stormbinder.

Exodus got world first kill on Heroic Ultraxion.

Vodka got world first kill on Heroic Warmaster Blackhorn.

Blizzard finally commented on the Raid Finder Loot exploit resultingin multiple accounts suspensions in a lot of guilds.
