ASUS recently teased us with an upcoming gaming monitor for their ROG series. According to a post on their website, the new monitor, aptly called the ROG SWIFT PG258Q, will be one of the first monitors to feature an ultraquick refresh rate of 240Hz.

Measuring in at 24.5″, the PG258Q will also feature a Full HD resolution (1920×1080), 1ms GTG response rate, and G-Sync technology to eliminate studdering and screen tearing by dynamically adjusting framerates on the monitor to provide the most optimal refresh rates based on your graphics cards capabilities.

As a premium panel in the ASUS lineup, the ROG Swift PG258Q will also feature the same design as their stunning ASUS ROG Swift PG348Q with its unique twisted tri-spoke stand, titanium and copper color scheme, and ROG lighting throughout. Ultrathin bezels on the monitor will also provide gamers with an optimal experience when using the PG258Q in a multi-monitor setup.

The ASUS ROG Swift PG258Q is slated to arrive in early 2017.
