  1. Thanks dottz, but i already put everything together on Monday. I'm quite happy with the config though - the only thing i was missing was the SSD bay but i've ordered a 3.5 bracket for it (for now it's taped up). Appreciate the help guys.
  2. Thank you for the feedback I've found a good deal on the Coolermaster 922 which has usb 3.0 ports: COOLER MASTER HAF 922 RC-922M-KKN3-GP Black Steel + Plastic and Mesh Bezel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case with USB 3.0 and Black Interior - Newegg.com Since i'm in india i don't always have the best options available, so i haven't found the EVO of the lower profile Vengance, though i did see the Samsung 840 Pro which doesn't put me over budget. Thanks again guys
  3. Hi I've put together a build on the partpicker website: Intel Core i7-4770K, Sapphire Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition, Cooler Master HAF 912 - System Build - PCPartPicker CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor Motherboard: Asus Z87-PRO ATX LGA1150 Motherboard Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory HD: Samsung 840 Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Disk HD2: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition 3GB Video Card Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 ATX Mid Tower Case Power Supply: Corsair Enthusiast 850W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply In addition to the above i'm also getting a generic optical drive and I have 2 HD's from my old computer that i will be installing. My budget is $1500 and i'd like to build a mid to high performance PC for gaming and video editing. I'd like some feedback on this combination of parts - I'm not totally new to this but the last PC i built myself was about 8 years ago so I am out of practice. What i'm unsure about is if the Sapphire 7970 card is the right option and whether my Case & Power supply will support everything i'm trying to throw in. I would also appreciate some tips on peripherals (Screws, Cables, Fans etc) that I should also order along with the components. Thank you
