Cooler Master has done some major house keeping in the past two years. At Computex 2016, Cooler Master populated its booth with some cool new products that will aid its journey to reshape its brand name.
Cooler Master is looking to unleash full set of peripherals to the gaming market in the upcoming months. The new Master line up includes the Master Keys mechanical gaming keyboard, the Master Pulse, and the Master Mouse.
The new Master Mouse series will come in three tiers: Pro L, S, and Lite. They’re each priced at different categories and each comes with features appropriate for the price.Manufacturer Cooler Master Model MasterMouse [...]
Rounding up our coverage of Computex 2016, we had a chance to stop by the Phanteks suite, to check out some of their latest innovations and gorgeous chassis designs. The company had a lot to show us, including the all-new Enthoo Elite, premium chassis and the company’s first foray into liquid cooling with the brand new G1080 water block built for the GeForce GTX 1080. Phanteks also made some interesting updates to some of their other cases, which we’ll detail below.Phanteks Entoo Elite – $699 Ultra Premium Chassis
First off we have the amazing Enthoo Elite, which you might recall was originally shown off as a prototype at this year’s CES, at the time [...]
Computex 2016 has finally kicked off and we’re getting our first look at some new products of GIGABYTE. The company has unveiled a slew of new products including a brand new line of power supplies and a chassis, and a keyboard, all under their Xtreme Gaming brand.GIGABYTE Enters Into Enthusiast Power Supply Market
GIGABYTE’s new enthusiast grade Xtreme Gaming power supply line includes just one model as of right now, but their may be more. The XP1200M is a 1200 watt, fully modular 80+ Platinum unit which features all-Japanese capacitors, a single +12V rail, DC-to-DC switching and a 140 mm double ball-bearing fan which will stay completely off below a specific [...]
Today, CYRORIG the PC cooling company submitted their first entries into the highly competitive computer case market, revealing two new mini-ITX chassis, which bear some fairly unique design aspects.CRYORIG UNVEILS ‘OLA’ and ‘TAKU’ ITX PC CASES
The first of the new cases, dubbed “OLA” features a very Mac Pro-like cylindrical design. CRYORIG says the OLA is “designed to blend-in with your living room” meaning this chassis is being targeted at living room gamers, and the HTPC markets.
What’s most interesting about this is it is compatible with standard off-the-shelf PC components, including [...]
Phanteks is a name that has been making waves in the case industry, designing some highly innovative and really sweet looking cases. It also happens to be personally one of my favorite brands (I myself run an Enthoo Luxe). Earlier this week, they showed off several of their new cases at CES.
Eclipse P400 and P400S
The Phanteks Eclipse P400 is something for those looking for a full ATX case on a mid-range to low budget builds.
As a budget case, it does cut some corners as it’s less friendly to those planning on installing custom loops, with the biggest concession to be made if you plan on installing the [...]
DeepCool seems to think many PC gamers and enthusiasts are having trouble installing their own water-cooling systems. Either that or they think you’re too lazy to figure it out. If that sounds like you, they’ve made the perfect solution for you. DeepCool’s newly announced GENOME case features an integrated liquid cooling system inside a standard ATX chassis.
The case is available in two colors, black (with red accents) or white (with blue accents) and comes pre-installed with a 360mm radiator, 3x PWM fans, and an externally mounted reservoir which can be seen at the front.
Other unique features include two extra expansion slots which [...]
In the days leading up to the CES main events, Corsair is introduced the Carbide Spec-Alpha, Carbide 400C, and Carbide 400Q to its budget gaming series chassis.
The Carbide Spec-Alpha rocks some aggressive angular lines that are reminiscent of the ever so popular Corsair Bulldog. Its mesh front cover has sufficient room for up to three 120 mm fans but, due to the lack of clearance from the hard drive cage, there is only enough space for a 240 mm radiator. Buyers can choose between red or blue as the primary color, each comes with color matching fans. These and any other additional fans can then be controlled via a built in three speed fan controller.

When it comes to fun trade shows, Computex Taipei has always topped the list. There, hundreds of technology vendors show off their latest products, and for someone who loves computer hardware, it’s like being a kid in a candy store. Computex this year however, has been a little different.
As soon as case maker ThermalTake revealed their new W100 and W200 product line, CaseLabs VP Kevin Keating, went on Facebook to post an angry letter accusing ThermalTake of “stealing” CaseLabs’ product designs.
While it has been pulled, he made a pretty convincing argument as well. For example, the ThermalTake W100 compared to CaseLabs Merlin [...]
In a world where everyone seems to be trying to build smaller and smaller cases, ThermalTake decided to go the complete opposite direction this Computex to build some of the largest cases we’ve ever seen.
Above we have the ThermalTake W200, which is the new flagship case in ThermalTake’s premium lineup. The case literally has enough room for two complete systems (or one system with an insane watercooling setup) and can run pretty much anything you want period.
If that’s not enough space for you or you just want your W200 to sit relatively empty, that’s OK because ThermalTake is also offering a (not so little) add-on [...]
After years of being the standard when it comes to cases and coolers, Cooler Master fell into a slump lately after a series of bad product launches, lack of real innovation and an ever expanding catalog of “following the trend” products. Last year, when we met with Cooler Master at Computex, Cooler Master told us they were going to restructure and redefine their brand starting by simplifying the product lineup, improving customer service, and most important of all, introduce some new, innovative never before seen products rather than ones that simply “copycat” the competition.
After what seems to be years of waiting, Cooler Master finally [...]
InWin pushed out their latest creation at Computex 2015 and quite frankly, it’s one of the few things at the show that made us say “what the hell is that?” in delight.
In its tower shape, the InWin H-Tower looks like a vertical case with a beautiful brushed aluminium finish and carefully cut seams to let your LED light bleed out in the dark. But using an app on your cell phone or tablet, each “blade” of the chassis opens up in a fantastic transformation that would make Optimus Prime jealous. Apart from making your system looking like it’s forged by an alien race, the opened mode also makes swapping components a breeze. InWin [...]
